What is the free 15-minute intro call?
A short call by video or phone with a therapist to get to know each other. There is no fee and no obligation to book.
How long are sessions?
Individual sessions last 50 minutes, couple and family sessions 75 minutes and child sessions 45 minutes.
Do you offer sessions in English?
Yes. Several of our therapists work in English, and one also in German. You can filter by language when asking us to suggest a therapist.
How do online sessions work?
Ten minutes before your appointment a session room opens in your client portal. In this demo the video call is simulated; in a real setup an end-to-end encrypted video provider is connected.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free of charge up to 24 hours before the session via the client portal. Later cancellations and missed sessions are not refunded.
Is this an emergency service?
No. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself or others, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
If you are in an emergency, please call 112 right away. This site and our centre do not provide emergency support.
